• Contact form: Legitimate interest of the controller pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Our legitimate interest is communicating with individuals who have contacted us with interest in our services.
• Analytics cookies (Google Analytics): Consent of the data subject pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Cookies are activated only after consent is given via the cookie banner.

• Google LLC — provider of the Google Analytics service for traffic analysis
• Hetzner Online GmbH — hosting provider on whose servers the website data is stored

6. Data Transfers to Third Countries

Through the use of Google Analytics, data may be transferred to the USA. Google LLC participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and data transfers are safeguarded by Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to Article 46(2)(c) GDPR.

7. Data Retention Period

• Contact data: For the duration of processing the inquiry, plus 1 year for potential follow-up communication. After this period, the data is deleted.
• Cookies: Retention periods are specified in our Cookie Policy.
